Keep in mind that if you do not have a Backpack, Tent, Sleeping Bag and Sleeping Pad I can provide one for you!

- 2 hard sided wide mouth water bottles (not replaced by a CamelBak)
- A water bladder for hiking (CamelBak)
- Collapsible Water jug
- Bandana
- 1 head lamp w/ extra batteries
- Journal and pen or pencil
- Matches or lighter
- A camp stove for cooking (we'll provide fuel)
- Personal hygiene
- Knife/multi-tool
- Sunglasses
- Hat
- Sunscreen
- Bug Spray
- Biodegradable soap
- Chapstick
Clothing
- 2 long sleeve synthetic or wool Long undershirts
- 1 heavy-weight fleece coat or sweater
- 1 mid to heavy-weight fleece pants or synthetic or wool long underwear bottoms
- 1 rain shell top and bottom
- 2 short sleeve, quick dry shirts
- 2 quick dry shorts
- 3 synthetic boxers (men)
- 3 cotton or synthetic underwear (women) and 3 sports bra's
- 3 pairs wool or synthetic socks (to fit boots)
- 1 pair sturdy hiking boots
- 1 pair of Chaco's or Teva's (any water shoe)
- 1 pair of yoga pants or pants that you can move in
- Swimsuit
- Gloves, stocking hat, scarf
Sleeping Gear
- 1 15 degree F or warmer sleeping bag (-5 to +15)
- 1 sleeping mat (separate from yoga mat)
- 1 extra pair of socks
- 1 three season tent w/ a rain fly
- 1 tarp
- Camping pillow
