As a Nutrition Therapist, Kate encourages a life that is rich in a variety of fresh foods, rather than relying on food products that have been processed, enriched or fortified. In specific situations, such as problems with absorption, brain and/ or gut-related issues, pregnancy, etc. supplements may be recommended as supportive but not as a replacement of food. 

Kate helps you to supports your bodies' natural healing processes and your minds ability to make better choices that ultimately define your ability to relate productively to our social and natural environment. Each service is tailored to addresses and embrace your own biological individuality that is in a constant state of flux.

Kate is a Master Nutrition Therapist; she graduated from the Nutrition Therapy Institute, a small, private college located in Denver, CO. Kate worked alongside Dr. Marie Starling at The Healing Center, where she analyzed blood chemistry, counseled individuals in food allergies, digestive and neurological disorders, and adjunctive autoimmune conditions. As a Nutrition Therapist, Kate may assess nutritional status for the purpose of dietary counseling, rebalancing and addressing nutritional deficiencies or excesses, stressing the prevention of disease and complimentary lifestyle recommendations.
